About me

I am Daniel Felix Ferber, graduated as Computing Engineer at Instituto de Computação, Unicamp, a well known university in Campinas, Brazil.

I recently worked as Software Engineer for the Linux Tecnology Center at IBM. I was involved with development of new technologies and integration of tools for the Cell Broadband Engine (which is the processor used by Playstation 3). At IBM, I also used to contribute to the Eclipse community as developer and committer, on the Parallel Tools Platform.

Nowadays I work for Petrobras, a semi-public Brazilian energy company, as operation research analyst, on a project that aims to optimize the distribution of petrol and its derivatives in Brazil.
